After years of being terrified of the dentist I am grateful to have found this clinic. Dr Annas, Dr Carmen and the team at Colac smiles were incredible. My anxieties were eased from the first appointment as I was met with a gentle and understanding approach. The experience has been wonderful and I have the confidence to smile again.

I’ve never felt so relaxed when at a dentist before, Colac smiles and Dr Annas were so welcoming and I had a very pleasant visit! Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a new dentist!

Recently had my lower tooth implant done by Dr Annas, and it was quite a journey. I expected a lot of pain coz that’s what I heard about but it was surprisingly more comfortable than I expected. Every step was explained clearly and it was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience with Dr Carmen for my wisdom tooth removal. I was quite nervous going in, but she is such a gentle, caring, and professional dentist that she made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. Even though I am a past colleague of Dr Carmen and know alot about dental treatments, doesn’t make getting them any easier. If anything knowing everything seems more daunting sometimes. She checked in on me throughout the extraction to make sure I was comfortable in every way. If you’re looking for a gentle, caring dentist who is amazing all around, I highly recommend Dr Carmen. I’m so grateful for the person she is & the care she provides all her patients and couldn’t be happier with my experience as a patient this time.🦷✨

I cannot rate Carmen high enough. Her service is absolutely amazing. Dentists have always made me feel anxious, but Carmen knows how to make me feel at ease. I have very sensitive teeth amongst other things, which Carmen completely understands and has the knowledge and ability to make me feel comfortable and knows how to treat my sensitivity by using warm water etc. Her new clinic looks fabulous with all the new and latest technology. Thank you Carmen and team 👍🏽😊

I had such a great experience at Colac Smiles Dentist. As someone who doesn’t particularly love going to the dentist, I was honestly a little nervous, but the whole team made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and reassuring, which made the entire appointment feel so much easier than I expected. Everything was explained clearly and I felt really well looked after. I’ll definitely be recommending Colac Smiles to everyone — especially if you’re a bit anxious about dental visits like me! 😊

Grateful to have found Dr. Annas' clinic. Not only is the clinic very well kept and aesthetically beautiful, but the care and thoroughness I received from Dr. Annas and his team was wonderful. I haven't been to the dentist in 6 years and expected some judgment and negativity but I was met with positivity, hope and a clear plan forward.

Was that the best dentist appointment I’ve ever had? Absolutely. I’ve heard it said that charisma is a combination of competence and warmth - dentist Dr Dustin is a fine example of this. Big thanks to the whole team at Colac Smiles for putting my nervousness at ease. 10/10 would recommend.

After avoiding the dentist for more than 15 years because of previous painful experiences, I finally decided it was time to get my teeth checked. I was referred to Dr. Annas Ayoub at Colac Smiles, and after three visits I can honestly say he has completely changed my view of dentistry. Before my first apointment, I barely slept for two nights. I even admitted to Dr. Annas that I was a real sook when it came to dental work. Ironically, I had two total knee replacements last year without much concern, but a visit to the dentist filled me with dread. From the very first appointment, Dr. Annas was calm, confident and thoroughly professional. He clearly takes great pride in the quality of his work, and throughout all three visits every procedure was completely pain free. That was something I never thought I'd be able to say. If, like me, you've been putting off going to the dentist because of fear of pain, I would encourage you to give Dr. Annas and the team at Colac Smiles a try. My experience has been outstanding, and I'm very grateful to have found a dentist who has restored my confidence.
